In an Auto spare parts manufacturing company calibration oil was being used for precise measurements. However, due to contamination in the oil the company was unable to maintain the required standards. After installing our Electrostatic Oil Purifier (EOP), oil quality improved tremendously, and they were able to achieve and surpass the standards required.

A company manufacturing precision pipes for automobile engines was facing quality problems. After installing our Electrostatic Oil Purifier the results were so good that they ordered for 2nd Electrostatic Oil Purifier (EOP). Patch Test results for both are given below. They have now ordered a third machine and are in the process of having an Electrostatic Oil Purifier (EOP) as a dedicated unit with all their manufacturing machines.

A major automobile manufacturing company was facing problems of servo valve sticking. They already had an ELC machine from another manufacturer operating on their oil tank, which contained 2000 litres of hydraulic oil 68 grade. This ELC machine was unable to achieve NAS class 6 that was required. After installing our machine, the required NAS class was achieved in 3 months, and the problem of the servo valve sticking vanished. Here also, the moisture level was brought down to less than 100 ppm.
