We delivered 4 nos. of Low Temperature Vacuum Dehydration System to a Thermal Power Station for their Wagon Tippler system. Here, hydraulic oil 68 was being used and was found to have a very high content of contamination, which included coal dust and the moisture content was 6000 PPM. Our machines here are maintaining moisture levels below 100 PPM and hydraulic oil NAS Class 5 at 45 degrees Celsius.
